The '757 Captain' Block B, 300, Freighter, C and E FSX Upgrages are available!
As guaranteed Block B, 300, Freighter, C and E FSX Upgrages are free for all FS9 version users** who purchased the FS9 version before the FSX Upgrages release (17:00 GMT on 2 Nov '06).
Please note, the 757 was originally developed for FS9, so all FSX upgrades basically provide a transfer of original graphics and functionality 'as is' from FS9 expansion to the FSX with all reasonably possible modifications. Due to difference between FS9 and FSX engines some of FS9 version features do not work in FSX version. But some of the new FSX additional features are functional.
The FSX Upgrages are designated as version 1.3.
HOW TO GET VERSION 1.3?
If you purchased any of the 757 Blocks before 17:00 GMT of 2 Nov '06:
1. Logon to the Account Support System and get the '757 Captain' Free FXS Upgrades download links (Purchase Order Number required).
2. Download the FSX Upgrades (v.1.3) to any folder on your PC.
3. Install the downloaded v.1.3 on your FSX.
4. Restart PC.
Notes:
- All upgrades are available as complete FSX products only. No patches available.
- V.1.3 installation does not affect any of your FS9 versions of the 757 installed on the same PC.
- Do not install v.1.3 to FS9.
** - Free FSX Upgrades are available for specific FS9 blocks you have purchased. E.g. if you have Block B only, you are entitled for free FSX Upgrade for Block B only.
*** - If you purchased any FS9 757 Block after 17:00 GMT of 2 Nov '06 you are not entitled for free FSX Upgrade.
**** - If you purchased any FSX 757 Block you are not entitled for free FS9 versions.
