Service Pack 1.8

The 777 Captain (777-200, 777-300, 777 Freighter Expansion models and 777 Connect) Service Pack 1.8 is available and includes SP 0.201, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 0.6, 0.7, 0.8, 0.9, 1.0, 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5, 1.6, 1.7 plus the following new features and enhancements:

• ADIRU reworked
• FAST ALIGN function on the FMC's Setup page added
• FMC pages added:
- EFIS CONTROL
- EFIS OPTIONS
- DISPLAY MODES
- DISPLAY SYNOPTICS

• Barometric reference selector and BARO altitude settings fixed
• ENTER INERTIAL POS message fixed
• Landing Altitude (LDG ALT) Selector fixed
• TCAS warning problem fixed
• SPEEDBRAKE EXTENDED message fixed
• EFIS POS button fixed
• PFD and ND minor fixes
• Minor graphic issues fixed

Should I download and install the 1.8?

Only if you have purchased the 777 Captain (777-200) before 23:00 UTC, 27 Feb 2017.

How to get the 1.8?

1. Check-in to Your Profile.

2. In Your Profile click: Product (777 Captain) > Extended Download Service and download the 777 Captain (777-200) 1.8 to any folder on your computer.

3. Uninstall everything from the 777 Captain family. (Start> Programs> Captain Sim> 777 Captain)

4. Make sure FSX, FSX Steam Edition or Prepar3D is not running.

5. Double click the downloaded csx772_1800.exe file to install* the 1.8.

6. Install all Expansion models (if any) in any order.

7. Restart your computer.
